Program Witch Pages / Currently Playing Tweet Idea

Okay here's an odd request. Many IM clients, like GTalk or Windows Live Messenger, will display your "currently playing song" in your status. Now imagine if your Twitter client, like Twhirl, could put your latest tweet in that "currently playing song" space. This way your IM status would show your latest Tweet without the need for some IM plugin.
