After reading some really stupid and insensitive remarks regarding recent tragedies in my news feed, I've decided Facebook is no longer the place for me. This was just one of many reasons, but it really made up my mind.

Found out this morning Flipboard for Android is now out. It's available at Google Play and the Amazon App Store. Works great on the Kindle Fire.

Ever since Google+ came out one of the things I really wanted was a way to display my Google+ posts on my blog. It took a few days of my free time but I was able to create something using the Google+ API to do just that.

I had some thoughts on Google Places and Google+ Local this morning after checking in to the office with the Google+ app. (This expands a little on what I posted at Google+ this morning too)

Okay one more thing I'd like to see at Google+. I'd like to have a way to see all the posts I +1d or commented on.

I think the eastern block is trying to invade my circles. Yes, I am a programmer by trade and I know many scripting languages, but I'm sorry to say Cyrillic isn't one of them.

I actually like the public nature of G+. If I don't want everyone to see something, I don't post.
