Updating The Blog

I’m close to how I want my blog to look. Very simple. Focus on the posts.

For now, I’m using a theme called Bokul and have stripped out quite a few custom block plugins. I may roll in some features later, but for now, it’s back to the basics.

Back To The Blog

It’s odd to be back on the blog after being away for so long. The mad scramble to get it moved to a new web host left me tired of it all.

My goal for the last half of this year is to get back to writing again. It’s been way too long.

Working on the In The News editions of the Blog Oklahoma Newsletter has helped me stay active and write a little here and there. But I want to get back into long-form writing. This weekend, I plan to work on a newsletter about the upcoming Oklahoma state questions on the August ballot.

I’m hoping this is the start of many new Day Posts and Frizzy Hair Fridays here on the blog. Like I said, back to basics.

Well, it’s getting late, better get to bed.
