Tomorrow (October 19th) is Spirit Day. A day when we wear purple to show our support for LGBTQ youth and take a stand against bullying. To learn more about Spirit Day, please visit glaad.org/spiritday.
It was a rather lovely day today. Not too hot. Not too cold. The sun was shining, and there was just the slightest breeze. Too bad I was in my small cold dark north facing windowless office for most of it.
I had a little time today, so I tweaked the Blog Oklahoma front page a little. I still haven’t quite figured out how best to use the space yet. It’ll come to me eventually. I also updated the Blog Oklahoma Calendar and added a new sub-calendar for Oklahoma History.
If my day goes the same tomorrow, I’ll probably get a good start on Monday’s newsletter. We’ll see.
More later. Time to iron my new purple shirt.
