Today was the Eurovision Song Contest, and this year they broadcasted it in the United States on @LogoTV. I’ve been watching Eurovision since I first found out about it way back in 2006. In years past I watched it online, hooking up my laptop to the big tv, and making a day of it. A few minor things with this year. This year they had a US broadcast partner so you could only watch it on Logo TV or from Logo’s website. Didn’t realize DirecTV didn’t have Logo in HD. So I hooked my laptop up to watch online again, and did so for about an hour until the internet dropped off. Doh! So switched back to DirecTV and watched the rest of the show. I really didn’t like Logo’s commentators, they distracted more than provided information. Other than those minor things, it was another great show with some great music. I thought Australia should have won, but Ukraine came out on top in the end. You can watch the performances on YouTube just search for Eurovision Song Contest they have a channel.
