With all the rain we’ve been getting you know you have standing water in various places throughout your yard. I found this unused flower pot in our side yard full of nasty black water. Ew! It got me thinking of where else we have standing water. It also reminded me of something else. It’s mosquito season. Some mosquito species have been know to spread disease such as West Nile and Zika. Yikes! So I’ve taken care of this round of standing water by dumping and flipping over containers that could catch water. I’ll be sure to check again after the rains stop. How about you?
