Okay. It's done. I've canceled my Friends+Me subscription and disabled cross-posting from Google+. So from now on I'll be posting to each individual service. This way I can get more out of each service by dedicating a little more time to them.
This is no reflection on Friends+Me. They're a great service. If you want to cross-post your Google+ to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, or Pinterest. I really recommend them. Check out friendsplus.me.
Who knows in a few months of doing things this way I may resubscribe to them. We will see.
I'm still going to cross-post some things, but I'll be formatting each post to match the service. Facebook especially.
I'm not saying this is fact, but it seems the self posted or even Instagram posts preform better on my Facebook Pages than anything cross-posted from Google+ via Friends+Me. It's something I'll be researching for sure.
I'm not sure what I'll be doing for Tumblr. I was kind of cross-posting to it out of habit. I'm going to take a real good look at Tumblr to see if it's something I still want to dedicate time to. Might use it for something else entirely.
