#blogmonth – Day 1, Golf, and Debates
Welcome to the first post of #blogmonth. I would have to start this on the same day as the Blog Oklahoma Newsletter. Hopefully I won’t be up too late tonight writing and posting everything.
It’s been quite a busy week. The company I work for is hosting another golf tournament. We’ve all been busy all week getting scorecards, signs, and other tasks done. This Saturday, I get to help out at check-in, just like I did back in June. Luckily, this tournament isn’t as large as the other one. I might actually get home before dark.
Tonight OETA hosted Oklahoma gubernatorial candidates Cyndi Munson (D) and Mike Mazzei (R) for a debate. You can watch it online here if you missed it, or you can catch it again on OETA Saturday at 5:30 PM. I missed most of it when it aired live, so I’ll reserve any comments until I can finish watching it. OETA had to actually record the debate at 10:00 AM this morning to air at 7:00 PM, all because some Florida man was coming to the state, go figure.
I have this year’s Spooky Season Watch List about ready. I’ll post it Sunday. Going with a new theme this year. It should be a lot of fun.
Ah! Would you believe I’m already arguing with Grammarly? Is this what the month will be like? I hope not.
Well, this first post isn’t going to be that spectacular. Have a good evening, friends; catch you tomorrow.
