#blogmonth – Almost Sweater Weather
Would you believe it’s 64ºF outside right now? It just hovered on the edge of being sweater weather. If it hadn’t been overcast and dreary, it could have been a nice day.
I’ve been busy all day with the final prep for tomorrow’s golf tournament. Everything is packed up and ready for me to head out the door. I’ve got to be at the golf course by 6:30 am, and it’s a 20- to 30-minute drive in the dark.
If you haven’t been to my blog for a few years, you might have noticed that more than a few posts are missing. I still haven’t moved my blog archives over here yet. I re-entered a handful, but the bulk is still sitting there waiting to be processed. I’ll get to it eventually. I should make another backup of my old blog’s JSON file over on GitHub, but …. I just haven’t yet. As for why I had to start a new blog, you can read about it here.
Late last night, OETA finally made the Oklahoma gubernatorial debate available on YouTube. According to some of the social posts I read this morning, plenty weren’t happy that OETA didn’t make the debate available right after their live feed ended. Me included. I only caught the very beginning of it live last night. I was hoping to pick it up while I worked on the Blog Oklahoma Newsletter, but that didn’t happen. I’ll post the YouTube video in last night’s post.
Well, I need to finish a few things, and it’s off to bed. 4:45 AM is way too early to set an alarm.
PS: I don’t currently have comments on. I’m looking into ways to better secure WordPress’ comment system. If you would like to comment on any of my #blogmonth posts, feel free to do so on Mastodon. I’ll have links to these posts there.
