TablePress
At work, I started a list of WordPress plugins to install every time. One of them was the very handy TablePress. It’s a nice plugin for creating and updating tables as easily as a spreadsheet. If you know use Excel or Numbers, TablePress should be no problem. Yes, I can build a table with HTML and just add it to a post, but with TablePress, the table becomes a shortcode. Meaning, I can reuse the table over and over as needed. The navigation, search, and style options are also a plus. Below is an example from TablePress. It’s my Spooky Season Watch List I quickly imported from an Excel sheet.
